Delivery 3–4 weeks
- Up to 10 pages with an easy CMS — edit text and images yourself
- Blog or gallery section
- Booking or quote-request forms
- SEO foundations: meta, structure, Google Business Profile setup
- Training session for your team
Not included: content writing, photography, e-commerce, paid ads.
Commerce
Businesses selling online or taking bookings.
Delivery 5–6 weeks
- Online storefront with categories, product pages and cart
- Secure checkout via Stripe (UK) or Paystack (Nigeria)
- Admin portal: products, prices, images, stock, orders
- Up to 50 products uploaded and checked before launch
- Order confirmation emails and a training session
Not included: product photography, marketing, fulfilment, custom design-your-own flows.
Systems
Custom web apps, portals and SaaS MVPs.
Delivery 6–10 weeks
- A custom web application scoped to your operation
- User accounts with roles and permissions
- Dashboards, records, and reporting built around your workflow
- Third-party integrations (email, calendar, payments, WhatsApp)
- Automations that remove manual admin work
- Documentation and a full handover
Not included: native mobile apps, per-seat licensing costs, ongoing changes outside Care.
Intelligence

Delivery 8–12 weeks

Care — the monthly plan that keeps it healthy
Every tier has an optional Care plan: platform and security updates, backups, content changes you send us (capped per month), bug fixes with a named response time (Launch/Business: 5 business days · Commerce: 3 business days · Systems: 2 business days · Intelligence: 1 business day), and a short monthly health report. Pause or cancel any month after the first three — no lock-in theatre.
Outside the Menu — bespoke work
If it doesn't fit a tier, it fits here. A fixed-price Discovery Workshop (£99, credited back when you sign) pins down exactly what you need; you receive a written, fixed quote within five working days. Bespoke work is billed per defined milestone — never by the hour — with a written change-request process so scope can move without arguments.

Payment is 50% on signing and 50% on launch unless milestones are otherwise agreed. Third-party costs are billed at cost with receipts. Care is billed monthly in advance.
